Update 16/6/2025: I purchased a new phone and still have the same issues. Horrible App Experience. I've tried multiple devices at home and this app takes forever to connect, literally 10 mins of the circle just spinning around and around, and then it never loads. Netflix and other streaming apps work just fine. It's not an issue with the wifi network or other devices, it's an issue with this app. I paid for a whole year up front and can't even use this service.

I'm happy with the service, but browsing content is near impossible. I want to be able to browse by genre. Stand-up comedy. News shows. Drama. Animation. There's no way, even by typing a gene into the search bar, to browse by category. You can't browse the entire library. You are mostly at the mercy of direct title search or recommended titles, but with no rating system, how does the algorithm work?

Subtitles have become absolutely unbearable. Why are they prioritizing translating background songs and random signs instead of the actual dialogue? They'll completely ignore what the characters are saying just to translate a song that's playing quietly in the background. If I wanted to know what the song was saying in English, I'd look up the lyrics myself. Your job is to translate the dialogue, not sacrifice it for background music or every sign that appears on screen. It's beyond frustrating.
